For nearly 75 years, Bethany, along with our alumni and partners, has been obeying Jesus’ command to “GO” into all nations and share the Good News.

In 2015, God led Bethany to focus on the unreached – those without the chance of attending a church, reading the Bible, or even ever meeting a believer. We committed to a specific goal of engaging 500 unreached people groups by the end of 2020. Today, by God’s grace and power, we have been able to engage 461 unreached people groups (UPGs).

Watch this Rare Moment in West Africa

One of our partners, Sam Dunya, presents the Gospel to an unreached village in Burkina Faso (West Africa). As a result, there is an astounding reaction to the message:

Four months prior to when this video was taken, Enoch, one of Sam’s missionaries, began working with this village. In short, Enoch will continue to follow-up with and disciple the new believers as well as help to establish their first church.

We invite you to join us in prayer and to consider giving to this goal to take the church to where it’s not!

Video subtitles:

“So today, if you receive Jesus Christ, and you’ve said:

‘Lord I believe that Jesus is your son and I receive him as my Lord and my Savior,’

you will be saved. It means your sins will be forgiven of you, and today you will become a child of God, and you will not be condemned, but you will be saved. So, how many of you today, right now, before I leave here – how many of you here would like to receive this gift of God? And to say:

‘Yes Lord, I won’t be scared.’

If you are here right now, and you want to receive Jesus Christ, you want to receive God’s gift– raise up your hand for me. Don’t be shy. Don’t look at somebody next to you. Just raise up your hand. And I want you to say this after me (Lift up your hands, don’t be shy! Don’t look at somebody standing next to you.):

‘Lord Jesus,’ (say it loud) – ‘Today, I believe that you are the Son of God, and it is because of me God sent you. And so today, I receive you today as my Lord and my priceless Savior. I will follow you the rest of my life, amen.’”
