Bethany’s New Front Door

Today’s world is in desperate need of hope found in Jesus Christ. In response, Bethany is expanding our capacity to prepare missionaries through the following projects:

• Building a Welcome Center and coffee shop addition to the T.A. Hegre Ministry Center will serve as Bethany’s new “front door” to campus. The structure will provide an accessible and hospitable gathering place for Bethany Global University students and international guests. An ADA compliant elevator and updated sprinkler system will be included. Cost: $3.4M
• Remodeling Finsaas and Shelling Halls, which house approximately 175 students, will provide necessary updates including installing air-conditioning and improving electrical systems. Cost: $1.56M
• Increasing Founders Hall capacity by adding a wall in up to 15 existing one-bedroom apartments will raise the occupancy level from two persons to as many as five per unit. This adds up to 75 additional beds to house more students on campus. Cost: $875K
• Expanding parking east of the gym into the current intramural field will provide 100 new spots to accommodate growth. Cost: $375K
• Adding campus and sports field lighting will improve safety and intramural activities. Cost: $250K
• Remodeling the Gymnasium entryway will be remodeled and repaired for proper stormwater mitigation. Cost: $250K
