Noemi Dittmer

Noemi’s heart is for leadership and development, making sure everyone feels they are growing and thriving. Before coming to Bethany in 2021, she worked at General Mills in Learning and Development. Noemi is no stranger to Bethany, working as the bookstore manager for Bethany Global University (then called Bethany College of Missions) from 2001-2003. Noemi earned her B.A. in Psychology and Art from the University of Minnesota and graduated from Carlson School of Management with an M.A. in Human Resource and Industrial Relations.

After 20 years as a professional wedding photographer, she still enjoys portrait photography. Her new passion is hiking through forests or climbing mountains. She loves to travel and explore new places and cultures. Noemi and her husband Mike have a full life and are keeping up with three teenagers.
